Less Than Honorable Discharge? Was Senator kerry's service in Vietnam "Less than Honorable", and then later upgraded by President Carter's 1977 executive order declaring amnesty for Vietnam War resistors? I wish that Senator Kerry would sign the appropriate public release forms so we could read the contents of his service jacket. It would answer a lot of questions either way. I won't hold my breath.
